Rainelle, WV: Thousand Year Flood

My heart breaks for the people of West Virginia as they try to bounce back from historical flooding.  Rainelle, WV was hit especially hard with 18 deaths in Greenbriar County, and just about everything in the flood’s path destroyed.  Rainelle, like my hometown of Meadow Bridge, is a very small, rural community.  The population is less than 1500 with an estimated median household income of around  $27,821.  That figure is probably being quite generous.  These folks…

Tammy Moorer Has Lost It

The trial of Sidney Moorer started three days ago and while trial testimony has been interesting with quite a bit of information being revealed,  watching Tammy Moorer lose her shit on Facebook has been even more fascinating.  Tammy is sitting at home watching the live trial feed online, and has been providing commentary.  Now, if you were being accused of kidnapping, and had been accused of murder but had those charges dropped (for the time…

Rhoden Family Murders

I have been following the Pike County, Ohio case because it is local and the “hillbilly” family dynamics is interesting.  I use the term hillbilly not as an insult but to describe the way of life.  I, myself, am a “hillbilly”.  I grew up in southern West Virginia and can relate to the small town atmosphere and cultural mores.  My life in rural Appalachia was rough.  I know poverty firsthand and what it means to…

Moorer Pretrial & Morning Meltdowns

Yesterday was the pretrial hearing on Sidney Moorer’s kidnapping case to allow or disallow expert witness testimony on the vehicle seen on CCTV footage.  Ultimately, expert witnesses were allowed for both sides. This case is unique, in that the Defendants are bound by a gag order yet continue to publicly discuss the case on their personal Facebook pages, as well as making disparaging comments about Heather Elvis on many Facebook pages that were created…

Law & Order Perceptions

I found this post on Facebook pertaining to the State of SC vs. Tammy and Sidney Moorer, and found it interesting. Innocent Until Proven Guilty March 26 at 11:31am · The state of SC has had the opportunity to clear the air. They charged a man and his wife of kidnapping and killing Heather Elvis. Yet they have not provided any direct evidence to support these claims. Even worse, they jailed this couple and hid…

Feeling Homesick

I’m feeling homesick today.  More than usual.  I miss my desert home in Joshua Tree.  Coming back to Ohio was bittersweet and while it is always going to be my home…it isn’t “home”.  The desert was truly my happy place.  I lived in a 6-bedroom house in the middle of the desert.  It was 4 miles either way to get to a main hard road.  Sand for MILES and I loved it. It was so…

Sociopaths Don’t Have Social Boundaries

Recently I wrote about the less than legal attempts to suppress public speech by misusing the domestic violence protection act as a weapon and I have learned that this blog is in the line of fire from a certain litigious ass monkey. Claims of “harassment and defamation” against myself and others have been levied under the guise of “stalking”, and in the same breath said litigious ass monkey has viciously libeled, defamed, humiliated, and tormented…

When You’ve Finally Had Enough

There comes a time when behavior crosses the line from free speech and becomes cyberstalking and criminal harassment.  The free pass given for cyberstalking me and my family for so long has now expired.  For nearly ten years I have turned a blind eye to the harassment.  I didn’t file charges.  I figured that they would get bored and go away, but that hasn’t happened. When these individuals decided to team up with another to…

Jealousy Is Ugly

She deserves an award all right…for making anyone who reads this cringe with embarrassment.  This is some of what gets posted about me.  I didn’t brag about the peace award.  I was hesitant to post it for this very reason:  mentally stunted people who would contact the organization that gave me the award, or post stupid jealous diatribes such as this. To be clear, Steubenville was NEVER about me.  Ever.

“What Do You Have on Prinnie?”

“What do you have on Prinnie that can help KY go after her?”  Now why would Donna Fosnight contact someone on Twitter in an attempt to glean information from them?  Surely she wasn’t trying to get my address so she could send me a Christmas card.  Nope, but what she was doing here on October 11, 2015 is what she has been doing for 10 years.  Slinking in the shadows of DM’s or rogue emails…
