Steubenville Ohio Rape Case

Steubenville Shrew Crew Head Cheerleader Unmasked

For the past two years a number of Steubenville locals have used social media with the same MO as the kids did on the night of the rape in August 2012 – to bully, humiliate, harass and intimidate.  One of the more vitriolic and vapid users going by the name  “Jordan_Renee91” has been especially vocal in her spewing of hate and today her identity was revealed…by HER no less.  Apparently her #vintagecam app accessed the…

Planned Protests for Steubenville

I wanted to get a post up about any potential protests that might take place at the Steubenville High School football game this coming Friday or after. Tempers are high because Steubenville City Schools and Steubenville High School has allowed Ma’lik Richmond back on the team.  Coach Reno Saccoccia says that he deserves a second chance and the city leaders also seem to be taking this stance.  A petition was created on Change.org by Elizabeth…

Steubenville: Time to Take Out the Trash

I was able to find a copy of the Bill of Particulars online – thanks to @4rcH_4ng3I_ who posted the copy on Twitter.  I know I sound like a broken record when I say that this case continues to get stranger and stranger with each court hearing, but it’s true.  This case is like a rotten onion.  The more you peel back layers the more funk that lies underneath.  This past court hearing didn’t disappoint in the…

Less Than Honorable Behavior

There has been a lot of activity coming out of Steubenville lately from  illegal gambling raids to the Bill of Particulars being released in the State’s case against school administrators regarding the alleged cover up to protect Steubenville high school athletes accused of rape.  Last week the Bill of Particulars was filed with the court which accuses Mike McVey, Superintendent of Steubenville City Schools of  wiping computer hard drives, erasing emails and lying to investigators about…

Why Steubenville Matters

I am cross-posting the blog that I put up on the blogspot.com site I set up while my domain was down.  There is so much more to tell about these hateful people, and I really do waffle between giving them the attention that they are obviously so desperately seeking from me and exposing their garbage, or being the better person and just sitting back and “taking it”.   When I point out their hate they retaliate….

The Perception of Corruption?

Corruption is defined as “dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power“.  Falsifying police reports and tampering with official police recorders so that misconduct would not be documented would certainly beperceived by the average layperson as “corrupt”.  Using excessive force against persons who witnessed police misconduct would be perceived by the average layperson as “corrupt”.  When those in power turned a blind eye and condoned this type of conduct, the average layperson would perceive that this…
