The Court has received and reviewed the September 14, 2016, Bond Violation

Report, authored by USPO Mark George.

To address the matters raised in the report, and

on its own motion, the Court SCHEDULES a hearing to address the alleged bond

violations, per 18 U.S.C. § 3148, on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. in

Lexington. Defendant Lostutter SHALL personally appear with counsel.

In the interim, and based on concerns over Defendant’s alleged conduct, the Court

bars Lostutter from use of or access to the Internet and any electronic communication

device or mechanism (to include cell phone use, text messaging, and any other electronic

communication avenue) except to contact counsel of record, the USPO, or any immediate

family or household member. See 18 U.S.C. § 3142(c)(3). Defendant shall have no

contact of any type with the subject involved in listed violation no. 2. The USPO shall

send a copy of the Violation Report to defense counsel.
