Using Restraining Orders As Retaliation
As I wrote previously, some idiot has embarked on a course of action that includes abuse of process and malicious prosecution by filing fabricated claims to obtain restraining orders in North Carolina. He has also falsified information to take out criminal arrest warrants. Why? Because he does not like that people are publicly discussing his lies and the endless requests for donations to support him. In an attempt to silence public speech about him, he has used the court as his weapon. He filed FIVE restraining orders in a month. He has used the system and has forced those he is victimizing to incur expense and the inconvenience of defending themselves against his malicious bullshit. He alleges that he has filed a restraining order against me. To date, I have not been served. Of course, he gets on Twitter and claims that people aren’t answering their doors or peeking through their windows at Sheriff deputies…yet more lies from this habitual liar.
Today while he was bragging on Twitter he posted the docket with full names of women who were probably real victims — unlike him who is sad that people call him bad names on the internet. But, eh who gives a shit, right? It’s all about grandstanding with him. In my opinion, the system devised for filing protection orders is for just that: to protect against bodily harm or injury and not to be used as a legal salve or Band-Aid for butt hurt. To date, he claims to have filed 6 restraining orders. Two have been confirmed against two residents of Steubenville, Ohio who had to take one out against him because he threatened this woman and her children. DL didn’t show up for court after asking for a continuance, and the restraining order in Steubenville was granted. He insists that he is getting it “vacated” but I believe he is past his appeal time limitations. He is also asking his supporters to foot the bill for his “defense fund” to the tune of $20,000.
What a better way to harass people than to tie up the court’s time, and ask Joe Public to pay for his ink cartridges. He is taking up precious time in an already overburdened system by filing these ridiculous and meritless filings. He has outright lied in his claims and has presented “evidence” that is untrue and out of context to make it appear he is a victim. Every person that he has targeted lives hundreds, if not thousands of miles away from him and there is no reasonable fear for his safety. I mean, he claims to be a fighter of ISIS. Wouldn’t ISIS be much more dangerous than someone who calls him an asshole online? He has posted endless videos chronicling his field trips to the courthouse to file violations against those he is seeking restraining orders on. The evidence to support his claims is baseless and convoluted, even going so far as to allege that someone who “liked” or favorited a tweet was in violation of a restraining order. Did you know that retweeting or favoriting a tweet is harassment? Yeah, me either, but apparently the Fourth Circuit US Court of Appeals ruled that liking items on Facebook is considered protected speech so I would imagine that if forced, a court in his jurisdiction would view clicking the little likey heart on Twitter as the same.
Two weeks ago this psycho called my property manager claiming to be a private investigator wanting to verify that I lived there. Not only did he make unwanted contact with my property manager, but he also was calling businesses on a street that he thinks I work on, and questioning business owners if I “still worked there”. As far as I am concerned, this crosses the line from just being an asshole into being a stalker. Where I work and where I live is none of his business. This isn’t information that I have shared with him or that I am willing to share with him EVER.
The allegations of stalking are complete bullshit. Let me tell you what stalking is: Calling someone’s family members, calling work places or property managers to gather information; contacting family, friends or associates, etc, and at no time have I EVER done this shit to anyone — however, it has been done to me and others for at least ten years. Posting my dead father’s name online; attempting to gather information on my immigration status…and why? Because I called someone an asshole or publicly discussed their online behavior? Get in line because if I noticed you were an asshole — so did others.
At what point are we supposed to just “put up with it”? I generally don’t care what people say about me online. It is their right to have an opinion, but stalking me or my family has crossed the line. No more. It ends today, and TRUST that every legal remedy that is available to me is going to be utilized. I’m done playing with these people.

This little twerp needs to be permanently ruined. The more actions he has to answer to, the less time he has to take actions of his own. And he no longer has the resources to play his endless games. He knows the public honeypot is all dried up. So keep him on the road, staying in motels and eating in restaurants costs $$, keep him busy and bleed him dry and make sure he is required to pay your legal expenses and court costs for every frivolous action he takes against you. When he is ordered to pay and can’t, there will be hearings for that too. Squash him.

I don’t know what’s funnier and more pathetic….Deric’s $200 or Holmseth’s $25. But getting to the heart of things, Deric simply doesn’t get the law. He can wear an $800 lolyer suit and look as “fresh” as a daisy and it doesn’t matter. He can provide hundreds upon hundreds of pages of adden-dumbs to already overburdened courts and it has no bearing. He can get all chummy with sheriffs and court clerks and nobody gives a damn. When he actually gets into court and faces a judge, the only thing that matters is the law. And when the judge sees how Deric has misrepresented, lied about, and disparaged the court and the proceedings, harassed his victims and their attorneys, and misused a court and its staff for personal glorification and financial gain, he will come to the only conclusion that he can; that Deric is the only one who has violated the law in this matter. And you can apply that to North Carolina and Ohio. Deric is about to get swept in a doubleheader.
