It is unfathomable to me that these were even allowed to be filed, but from what I have been able to determine from Forsyth County Court their process is to just let anyone walk in with a subpoena on an open case and they sign off on it. However, any documents requested are to be delivered to the Clerk of Courts. It is obvious from this screenshot that Deric Lostutter is circumventing that process by requesting that documents be sent to his email or home address.

This is from one of the subpoenas that he submitted to Twitter for accounts that have nothing to do with the Defendant in this particular case. The subpoena clearly states that a copy must be sent to the attorney of record or to the party to the case. Not one subpoena has EVER been provided to attorneys of record or opposing parties. Of note is the signature of the authorized agent. His wife?

This is a fishing expedition to obtain information that he is not legally entitled to for the purpose of further harassment and stalking. He has submitted subpoenas for any IP that has visited his blog. Again, information that he is absolutely not legally entitled to but is abusing the court process in an attempt to obtain personal identifying information.

To say that this entire thing disgusts me is an understatement.
