…and that is the million dollar question. WHERE DO THEY COME FROM? The obsessed Caylee fanatics have made the news by ONCE AGAIN inserting themselves into this long resolved case by contacting the Florida court system to wail about the grave injustice done in the Casey Anthony case. Kathy VonHatten, of Ypsilanti, Michigan actually filed a “Motion to Compel Violation of Probation” with the court on behalf of the citizens of Florida captioned “We the People vs. Casey Anthony“. She even signed it on behalf of the citizens of Florida.
In VonHatten’s three-page motion she alleges that Casey Anthony has “violated many” of the conditions of her probation while “clearly exhibiting a disregard for the law”. She further stated:
We as law abiding citizens we have witnessed this for long enough and compel the Honorable court to hold this probationer accountable just as any other ordinary citizen would be.
Ms. VonHatten went on to accuse the Court of giving Casey Anthony special treatment, as well as making accusations that she had absolutely NO factual knowledge to base those claims on. When questioned by the Orlando Sentinal about the allegations, she stated
“Well, some of those things I really don’t know…maybe I should’ve left that out. “There is no basis in fact. But I believe they are true.”
VonHatten claims that Casey Anthony is “single-handedly making a mockery of Florida’s” judicial system. However, the author of said motion is doing just that! She is also wasting Florida taxpayer’s money by filing her three-page piece of birdcage liner. Kathy VonHatten is NOT an attorney, nor is she party to this case and has no standing to submit such a demand of the Court. She claims to be a child-abuse advocate and has experience filing legal motions. She also claims not to be obsessed with the case. That is hard to believe considering she, as well as others like her have done nothing but try to rewrite the foundation of the legal system since the day the not guilty verdict was handed down.
Cheney Mason stated that she is not the “first idiot” to file documents in this case. She probably won’t be the last either. “It’s obviously bogus, libelous, slanderous and actionable,” said Cheney Mason. “Where do these people come from?” One can only hope that at some point Casey Anthony DOES file a civil action against “these people” and perhaps this will send a strong message that their douchebaggery will not be tolerated any longer.

OMG, I want to tell this idiot, that as a resident of this great state , to mind her own business. She just cost us (the taxpayers) money. I am offended by this. Now I think I will file a motion tomorrow as a state resident to have it thrown out. We , understand our state laws. She needs to stay out of this state and our business.
“There is no basis in fact. But I believe they are true” That in a nutshell explains the mentality of the Caylee so-called Warriors. Kind of like the people who “know” the President was born in Kenya or those who “know” 9-11 was an inside job.
I believe these haters are originating from a group of very unhappy people that continue to lash out at our criminal justice system over this case because of their own unhappiness in their own lives, with the outcome they so solidly made to so many years ago, only to find out they were totally and completely wrong. The stats on referrals for psychiatric and psychological care in the United Stated exploded within six months after the verdict. It was a simple case, nothing complex about the verdict at all. the prosecution failed to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. And now, after some time incarcerated and later on probation, Casey Anthony is free from any constraints by the state of Florida. The haters continue, but like I mentioned, their own frustrations are only a reflection of their own lack of knowledge and understanding of how our judicial system works here in the United States.
All of the Cases that attract these sorts of Nutters are subjected to the same nonsense, albeit with slight variations. Private Prosecutions for Child Neglect. Petitions and demands to The Government to take action. Media Comments Sections spammed with abuse and libel.
All persons in authority are in on The Cover Up, or Conspiracy, call it what you will This is all so familiar to me now, although five years ago I never even knew that such people existed.
They appear to be an underclass, sadly lacking in any on scale intelligence quota, that permeate all societies. But they do themselves no favours because the more they Spam and Abuse the more obvious it becomes that they have no idea of what they are talking about.
But I have to say one thing for them, no matter how often they get knocked back by truth and decency, they still come back with yet more bizarre claims. When this Petition against Casey Anthony gets thrown out, someone will think of some other way to try to get at her.

This people need to get a clue . The child has had more media coverage than most missing or murdered children get. It is time to leave her mother alone , let Jose hawk his book and move on. Most of all they need to stop costing this state and the taxpayers here money.
When Casey Anthony is released from probation she is going to be able to go to the court – in any state she happens to decide to reside in – and request a legal name change. These Tards4Caylee have given her more than enough evidence to show she has cause. Honestly, I have never in my life seen such a group of complete idiots & social rejects. Talk about a bunch of old bags who can’t understand normal thinking! Geesh!!

some people unite because of the case and have no real life or friends and once a position has been clearly shown and legally executed to they give upNO.. They have nothing in common except their mental illness and their unity over the case.
These people believe everything they hear on the internet about Casey. I am sure they all have subscriptions to the Nat’l Enquirer and watch Nancy Grace faithfully every night. Remember these are the same people who wanted to protest or boycott the church that they thought were helping Casey Anthony.
One thing that gets me are these people who claim to be so religious. I remember one making a comment on twitter how they could never forgive Casey. I replied that God would want us to forgive and that he has probably forgiven her for whatever she did. Her response was that Casey has never repented or ask for forgiveness from God. I tweeted back - How do they know that she has never done that? These people think they know everything about her when they don’t know anything.
After all look who they chose to be their spokesperson and to broadcast their cause.. . . . . .
