Tribal Meth Abuse

A few weeks ago, I wrote about the firstcase to be charged under the new Caylee’s Law in South Dakota. Taylor and Laurie Cournoyer were charged with felony counts of child abuse and failure to report the death of a child in relation to the homicide of 2-year-old RieLee Lovell. The Cournoyers are the first people in the state charged with a violation of the failure to report statute, which makes it a felony to withhold information on a child’s death for six hours or longer.

On July 17, the Cournoyer’s had a court appearance regarding the charges, and as they stood before the court, their families were standing in front of the court holding signs urging the public to withhold judgment against the two until all of the facts came out. It is hard for me to feel sympathetic or withhold moral judgment against these two individuals, as they let a toddler lay dead in their closet and did nothing about it for a day and a half. Other protesters held signs urging a stronger police response to the use of methamphetamine in their tribal community.

The protesters carried signs and shouted protests over what they perceive as an inability to enforce methamphetamine laws by state and tribal authorities in Lake Andes and Wagner, South Dakota. Members of the community have stated that meth has taken over their community and the Bureau of Indian Affairs nor local law enforcement are doing much to curtail the drug epidemic.

Inasmuch as drugs sometimes do play a large part in the commission of crimes, these two were responsible to watch out for the well-being of this child, as well as caring for their own children and they failed miserably. If there was a known problem of methamphetamine abuse in that household, it is up to those responsible adults in the community to protect the children and do whatever is necessary to ensure the best interests of the children - even if it means placing that call to children’s services. As a result, a child is dead and an 11-year old boy is still in custody for her murder. This bell can never be unrung.

Missing Woman - Incestuous Relatives

There is no delicate way to write about this case. It is all kinds of jacked up. Each time I think that I have heard it all and cannot be shocked anymore, a new story comes out that just blows my mind. This one is so convoluted and the persons involved are seedy and mysterious. Brittany Wood has been missing since May 30. She is 19-years old and from the Mobile, Alabama area.

What started out as a missing persons case has now become a family feud and allegations of incest and rape against specific family members. Brittany went to meet her uncle Donald Holland, Sr. Her last cell phone transmission was located less than a mile away from her uncle’s home. She left her daughter behind which was very suspect and two days later, Brittany’s “Uncle Donnie” committed suicide. It was later determined that the gun he used belonged to Brittany. Her mother states that she carried a firearm for protection. As it would turn out, Donnie Holland was being investigated as part of a state sex crimes investigation and was to report to the police about half an hour after he was found with the self inflicted gunshot wound.

The story becomes even more complicated as several of her relatives have been arrested and charged with incest, rape and sodomy. Five men in total have been arrested in this investigation, two uncles, one brother, a cousin and a family friend.

On Tuesday, deputies arrested Randall Scott Wood, another uncle of Brittney’s. He is charged with sex abuse, sodomy, and incest. Dustin Alton Kent was the other relative arrested. More arrests are expected.

Brittney’s cell phone was last detected in the Grand Bay area. Search crews began going door to door on Thursday passing out fliers in an attempt to locate the missing teen.

Authorities are looking into the possibility that the arrests could be connected with Brittney’s disappearance. Her brother mentioned her possibly being scared and in hiding when he was interviewed earlier this month. If the charges against her family members turn out to be true, this could be the motivation she has to be in hiding.

If You Can’t Beat ‘Em - Resort to Telling LIES: @blaiss

One thing that is CONSISTENT with the Caylee’s Warriors boycott movement is that they have absolutely NO qualms whatsoever to publish outright lies to further their agenda. This afternoon I learned that I am now a “paid troll” of Jose Baez. Really? Please provide proof of this blatant lie. Of course, she won’t, as well as the other crapola that she has claimed from her super secret squirrel inside source. One word: sycophant. The mouthpiece of the boycott movement has diarrhea of the keyboard and is an outright liar and FRAUD who compels her followers to take part in their hate campaign directed at anyone who speaks out against them.

Blaiss has been harassing HLN all morning (all year) on Twitter, and sent a tweet to them basically asking them to use her as a source for their news program and that her super secret source has told her that Casey Anthony is profiting from unreported income. Here’s the deal. Unless this woman has access to the private financial information of any of the parties involved, she is making BASELESS, inflammatory allegations. When asked for proof she flips out in her all caps word vomit. Blaiss, please seek help. This woman is obviously unstable and unwilling to see beyond her own hatred that there is life after the Casey Anthony trial and that others find her to be socially repugnant and unhinged.

Spitting On Our Judicial System

If you are not a native American, then someone in your family has traveled from far away to make their new life in the United States of America. Many families have relatives who came through Ellis Island which welcomed millions of newly arrived immigrants in the 60-years that it was open. In fact, it has been estimated that close to 40 percent of all current U.S. citizens can trace at least one of their ancestors to Ellis Island. Millions of immigrants packed up what few belongings they had to give their families a better life and to live in a nation free of religious oppression and a FAIR judicial system. Immigrants from all over the world have left behind lives of religious and legal oppression, coming to the US with very little in their pockets for the chance to live in a nation where they do not have to fear cruel and unusual punishment for wishing to practice religion the way they want to, or to have freedom of speech.

Filled with their hatred of the system, they dishonor all of those who have given up their lives to attain freedom and those who risk their lives to protect it. These individuals are a disgrace. We have one of the best judicial systems in the world, and while it is not perfect, it is as darn close as you can get. If they hate it so much - there is a third world country that they could relocate to that might be better suited to their hang ‘em high mentality.

Fraudulent Boycott Activity

I just finished reading Presumed Guilty: Casey Anthony: The Inside Story by Jose Baez and found it to be VERY interesting and insightful. It answered so many questions regarding his defense strategy and I have the utmost respect for him as a defense attorney. He pulled off what was thought to be a slam-dunk case for the State. His book has also made the New York Times Best Sellers list. It is getting great reviews…unless you are one of those people who are still butthurt over the verdict and can’t seem to understand the term “beyond a reasonable doubt“.

For the last four years this case has brought out the ugliest behavior in people. These are people who believe every word that Nancy Grace feeds them and are too afraid to think for themselves or look at subject matter minus their emotions. Their abnormal love and devotion for Caylee Anthony is bizarre. The best way I can describe their behavior is “groupthink”. They feed off of each others’ rage. The socially stunted self-proclaimed warriors and boycotters have taken EVERY opportunity to be a pimple on the ass of the internet by harassing anyone who doesn’t believe that Casey Anthony should be hung in the public square. Caylee’s Law Case - South Dakota

RieLee Lovell was 2-years old when she was found dead in a home in Wagner, SD on July 4th. Her caregivers, Laurie and Taylor Cournoyer telephoned 911 last week and reported her unresponsive. The problem was she had been unresponsive for a day and a half - and dead in a closet. During the time of her death and the time they decided to telephone 911 they were using meth, drinking and smoking pot. It is unclear how long they knew RieLee was dead. Taylor claims that he went to look for something in a closet and found her body on July 4th. Laurie claims that she called for her but when she didn’t respond she found her in the bedroom wrapped in a blanket and that she was “blue and purplish”. The medical examiner reports that RieLee had been dead for at least a day and a half.

At 9:30 p.m. July 3, one of Laurie Cournoyer’s children, who is 6 years old, asked the neighbor girls whether they wanted to come over and “see my dead sister.” I find this fact to be so disturbing. This took place more than 14 hours before Laurie Cournoyer ever called 911 to report an unresponsive child.

When asked why no one had checked on RieLee, Taylor claimed that he was gone during the day of July 3rd and wanted to relax when he came home from work. Neither has given a conclusive timeline as to the last time they saw RieLee alive in their home. There was no regular feeding routine at their home either, as Taylor claims they were short on food. Taylor also stated that it’s sometimes stressful at home because the kids ‘are real assholes.’ I’m sure it is stressful, but normal parents don’t do drugs around their children; let alone leave their bodies in closets. “Where do these people come from?”

…and that is the million dollar question. WHERE DO THEY COME FROM? The obsessed Caylee fanatics have made the news by ONCE AGAIN inserting themselves into this long resolved case by contacting the Florida court system to wail about the grave injustice done in the Casey Anthony case. Kathy VonHatten, of Ypsilanti, Michigan actually filed a “Motion to Compel Violation of Probation” with the court on behalf of the citizens of Florida captioned “We the People vs. Casey Anthony“. She even signed it on behalf of the citizens of Florida.

Is she representing herself as an attorney?

In VonHatten’s three-page motion she alleges that Casey Anthony has “violated many” of the conditions of her probation while “clearly exhibiting a disregard for the law”. She further stated:

We as law abiding citizens we have witnessed this for long enough and compel the Honorable court to hold this probationer accountable just as any other ordinary citizen would be.

Ms. VonHatten went on to accuse the Court of giving Casey Anthony special treatment, as well as making accusations that she had absolutely NO factual knowledge to base those claims on. Ineffective Boycotting and Harassment

 

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.-

As Americans, we value our right to free speech and protest. However, when does the claim of “free speech” go too far? Tomorrow marks the one-year mark in which Casey Anthony was adjudicated NOT GUILTY by a jury of her peers for the murder of her daughter, Caylee. In the time that the media assisted in creating this shit storm of a case with their BOMBSHELLS and sneak peeks into the “mind of Casey”, a cult of Casey haters has evolved online. They operate under the guise of “justice for Caylee” by stalking and harassing the Anthony family, Casey’s former legal team, news media who report on Ms. Anthony and anyone else who speaks out against the “Caylee Warriors” and their BULLYboyCOTT.

This effort is not about “justice” for Caylee Marie Anthony. It is about pure, gut-wrenching, seething , wholly encompassing HATRED for her mother and family; and anyone who speaks out otherwise.

No Criminal Charges for Rotten Apples

This REALLY saddens me. Local news from Greece, NY is reporting that the four boys will NOT face criminal charges. WHY NOT? This was obviously not their first rodeo with bullying ans the bus monitor says that they have harassed her before. Others from the school have accused the boys of being bullies. My thoughts are: When is the proper time to say enough is enough and show these children that this behavior simply will not be tolerated? Should the system wait until they have left a wake of emotionally abused peers and elderly behind them? Or wait until one of their bullied victims commits suicide because of their abuse? Is being passive really the right thing to do in this situation? And where are the rest of the parents? Why aren’t they speaking out about their children?

Father of one of the spawn, Robert Helm, reached out to Karen yesterday evening and apologized for his son’s behavior:
