There comes a time when you have just had enough of holding your tongue, and have to let it all hang out and that’s the case today. I mean, what’s the worst that could happen? Deric Lostutter will sue me? HAHAHAHAH! Oh wait…he has done that to the tune of one million dollars AND asking for possession of my pets. My short response to that is he will have possession of them when hell freezes over.
So, today Derp is racking up the dollars on his fundraising campaign that more than likely goes against the terms of his federal release as he is not to beg for donations, but rather to find a JOB. I’m particularly peeved today that he continues to receive donations because I have recently received a bill for legal services rendered for over $700. Seven hundred dollars that we never would have to owe were it not for this booger eater who has decided to use the courts as a way to silence speech about him. And no, I am not going to apologize for calling him a booger eater…or a vagina face. He’s that and SO much more and while everyone else has worked their asses off to get by, Deric Lostutter has lived off of donations and the kindness of others for the past four years.
Jenny Lostutter has now picked up the torch to continue the e-begging. I am shocked about the following statement from Tor Ekeland that is being used on YouTube, as it is being used to misinform potential donors that donations are for the defense fund. Once again, people are being directed to Deric’s personal website to donate. This is called FRAUD. I am curious as to whether Tor knows Mrs. Lostutter is third party soliciting for donations using the defense fund as the basis for the money, when everyone knows that the dericlostutter.com website is there specifically to solicit personal donations.

The money for the defense fund will go to the following as stated from our lawyers: printing, the cost of which is often thousands of dollars, travel to and from New York to Kentucky, plus lodging and meals for the trial team, overtime pay and late night transportation for the administrative staff, legal research, computer forensics, computer forensic experts, electronic Discovery review platforms, filing fees, office supplies, postage, business rent and business Bill’s, as we have bills like everyone else. Money to the defense fund will also cover crisis management team expenses and some of the legal fund will cover personal expenses incurred by all parties.

And here is Jenny spending hard earned donations by getting maternity photographs taken because when no one in their household works for a living. Again, they are deceiving the public into thinking they are paying for Deric’s defense funds, but are using donations for things such as maternity photo shoots, among other things.
So, yea…I’m pissed. We are racking up legal fees because Deric Lostutter has told lies for the past four years that are finally catching up to him. Lies that myself, Thomas and Michelle have been very vocal about and to silence his critics, Deric Lostutter has filed SLAPP suits against us. Not one. But THREE LAWSUITS finally ending in the million dollar suit in federal court which we plan on filing a motion to dismiss this week.
