Deric never exposed anything. Deric has told lies for the past four years and his defense team is apparently assisting him in keeping these lies going. Deric exposed his junk to a minor in a tinychat discussion room and all over Chaturbate, but that’s the only thing he has exposed. There was absolutely NOTHING that he provided in way of information or evidence that assisted in “solving” the Steubenville rape case. NOTHING, but that would not allow Deric to continue to twist reality to his own benefit or to revictimize Jane Doe every time he claims he solved her case. Thing is, he doesn’t care who he hurts, humiliates or destroys.
Initially, local authorities showed a reluctance to prosecute any of the perpetrators of this senseless and violent act owing to their privileged place in local society.
That statement is an OUTRIGHT LIE. Local prosecutor, Jane Hanlin, did prosecute the boys as juveniles. While people were upset at the amount of time it took to recuse herself from the case, she did not personally prosecute. The case was turned over to a special prosecutor from the Ohio Attorney General’s Office who took the lead.
This led to international outrage and eventually a group called KnightSec, which is affiliated to Anonymous decided to step in. They hacked into the Steubenville High School sports fan website and exposed the cover-up by school administrators and the identities of the girl’s attackers. They also posted a video of several students making light of the rape victim. They threatened to expose more individuals associated with the cover-up if the rapists did not come forward and confess. Eventually, two young men did come forward and were convicted of the rape of a minor. Ma’Lik Richmond served a paltry ten-month spell at the juvenile detention facility, and Trent May served two years.
Again, this is an ABSOLUTE and OUTRIGHT LIE. Knightsec is what Deric called himself. To my knowledge, there were only a few people who associated with his little faction of Anonymous. Noah McHugh was NEVER a part of Knightsec. He and Deric GUESSED THE PASSWORD to the rollredroll.com website and accessed the control panel, as well as Jim Parks’ email. Deric then took nude photographs of adult women found in Parks’ email account and accused him of being into a child porn ring and claimed that the women were minors, and HE POSTED THEIR NUDES ONLINE ANYWAY!! I am told that these women have further been victimized as their photographs have made their way onto porn sites. All of this is the fault of DERIC LOSTUTTER for releasing their photos.
Eventually, two young men did come forward and were convicted of the rape of a minor.
This is yet again another OUTRAGEOUS and OUTRIGHT LIE being told by Deric Lostutter. The two boys were arrested on August 22. Deric did not become involved until around Christmas Eve 2012.
No one else was surprised that the FBI targeted Deric. Look at all that he has done over the past 4 years. And this was not political protest. Deric accessed the personal email account and the high school football FAN SITE for the purpose of being an asshole. PERIOD.
Now Lostutter must wait and see whether he will face the full sixteen years in prison that his ‘crime’ can carry. Naturally, his supporters are appalled. “You get 16 years for forcibly entering your way into a computer, but you get one year for forcibly entering your way into a woman. Deric’s supporters are people who generally believe everything that they read, and won’t question the validity of his claims. It’s all out there and his lies can be easily disproven if one were to look. I think the feds are going for max sentence because Deric has REPEATEDLY violated the terms of his release and has skirted the edges in order to continue making money off the worst night of Jane Doe’s life. Today he is over $11,000 and has also been Twitter verified. How did this happen if he isn’t allowed to use the internet? Murt has written a great article about the recent blog submissions like the one I have cited regarding Deric. It’s time for the government to take this predator off of the streets.
